Master Control is the innovative communication system designed by Sistem Air for remote monitoring of industrial and professional central vacuum units.
*Connecting the Revo Block Professional central vacuum cleaner with the Master Control remote control system. You can also connect already installed central vacuum cleaners with Master Control if they are equipped with a touch display (from year 2016)..
Execute the diagnosis, view the video tutorial in case of maintenance and consult the intervention cards.
LAN card
The Master control connection card is the interface that allows the information shown on the display to be transmitted over a local network, to which both the central vacuum cleaner and the PC from which the control is to be carried out are connected.
Can be used on central vacuum cleaner model:
• Revo Block Professional line (all models)
• Industrial Clean dust separator (both Small and Big. Basic models are excluded, as they do not have a management computer)
Each central vacuum unit requires a connection card in order to be connected to the network.
Installation areas
The Master Control network card can be installed on the following central vacuum cleaners:
- Linea Revo Block Professional
- Separatori polveri Industrial Clean – except Basic models

- 200Mb of free hard disk space

SOFTWARE
Software Master Control
The Master control software is installed on a PC and allows you to control in real time all the central vacuum cleaners connected to the local network present in the building.
If there is a maintenance notice on the machine display, the corresponding icon turns red, drawing the attention of the operator, who will see what it is about. At this point it is possible to open the instruction sheet linked to the warning: if it is an operation that can be carried out by in-house personnel, it is possible to print a intervention sheet to give to the maintenance technician, or view a video tutorial (previously made on site and saved on the PC) that explains how to operate. In this way, anyone can carry out maintenance (mainly emptying the dust container and cleaning the filter cartridge).
If maintenance requires the intervention of a specialised technician, the telephone number to contact will appear, stored on the control unit during initial installation.
If the PC on which the Master Control software is installed has any remote desktop viewer program (there are several on the market), it is possible to carry out a remote diagnostic analysis, where the specialised technician consults the customer's display and can establish in advance what the problem might be, thus shortening intervention times.
NB: Master Control does not replace human intervention in carrying out maintenance and does not allow remote resetting of the various alarms: this is a deliberate safety feature to avoid machine warnings being ignored to the detriment of the integrity of the machine's operation.
