The partnership between Sistem Air and Al.fa. Impianti (Lainate, province of Milan) owned by Alberto Cusenza. The spark, as he himself says, that started the collaboration came about thanks to a request from a customer who wanted to install a central vacuum system for his own home and so asked him to find out more about the product. This dispelled the common myth, which he himself was convinced of, that centralised hoovers should not be considered for civil installations because they are too expensive.
Instead, during the event for installers held in Monza, he decided to start collaborating with Sistem Air to propose its products to new potential customers.
Among the reasons that led him to embark on this adventure "there is definitely the ease of installation of the system, which makes the work easy for my employees too," - says Cusenza.
“The decision to take on the costs of setting up the system with the manufacturers in order to have an exclusive channel with private individuals to propose the Sistem Air central vacuum system has been the real turning point of the last two/three years," – says the installer with satisfaction.
Individuals who have their system ready can go to the Al.fa. Impianti showroom in Lainate (Mi) and see for themselves how the central vacuum system works. In this way, they can learn more about the advantages in terms of air quality, sanitisation and long-term maintenance cost savings.
"Working with construction companies, and also taking advantage of the trend towards more and more houses with a high energy class, is a card that can prove successful. With the new system in place, an average of nine private individuals in a 12-apartment building with a central vacuum system choose to complete the installation," - continues Cusenza.
For Cusenza, the strength of the central vacuum system lies in the fact that once it has been discovered and installed, you don't want to go back because you can't do without it. Just as happens with mobile phones, air conditioning or electric gates.
A partnership that has lasted more than ten years has certainly gone through good times and more difficult times, but according to Cusenza the difference is made by the people behind the company: "I'm happy with the way Sistem Air deals with installers, because unlike others it always follows up with you, never leaving you alone and giving you useful feedback at all times.”
