Protect your factory floor with the central vacuum system

Convenience, efficiency and healthiness: these three words could summarise the advantages that baker Roberto Vallauri, of the Arte in Farina bakery in Beinette (CN), has experienced since he decided three years ago to install a Sistem Air central vacuum system in his workshop.
"I first had to deal with a central vacuum system 25 years ago. When I was working for a baker in Milan who was already using one, but without fully understanding its potential. On the contrary, I had already decided then that sooner or later I would install it in my business, because I had immediately grasped the benefits it brings to our category". - said Vallauri.
And it was installer Simone Canavese, of Canavese Impianti, which operates in the province of Cuneo, who supported his wish when he renovated his workshop three years ago.
Canavese, an expert in home automation, wiring and the installation of civil and industrial systems, said: "I had known Sistem Air for years because I had already worked on installations in the civil sector, but when we met with Roberto, thanks also to the company's constant support, I had no difficulty in installing an industrial system for his workshop and shop."
"When I decided to install a central vacuum system, my main concern was to solve the problem of hot oven cleaning once and for all. I couldn't stand breathing in that hot air mixed with flour or cleaning the ovens with a hand brush any more. The latter system was definitely inefficient, because no matter how much I cleaned, the dust always remained." - continued Vallauri.
With the central vacuum system, Roberto Vallauri has been able to ensure the safe extraction of hot air even at 200/220 °C and finally efficient and convenient cleaning, not only of the workshop but also of the shop.
"During the renovation of the workshop, we arranged the sockets so that the nine-metre hose could easily reach every part of the workshop and shop. In addition, we built a steel pipe network to ensure safe cleaning," - said Canavese.
"When I decided to install a central vacuum system, my main concern was to solve the problem of hot oven cleaning once and for all. "Once again, this proved to be extremely easy to install. We only needed to make an external connection with PVC pipes to cover Roberto's private home.” - commented Canavese.
"I was so pleased with the convenience and efficiency of the new system that I decided after a short time to connect it to my private home above the workshop. With just one vacuum unit, I can now cover the cleaning needs of the workshop, the shop and my home.” - said Vallauri.
"Once again, this proved to be extremely easy to install. We only needed to make an external connection with PVC pipes to cover Roberto's private home.” - commented Canavese.
"Mine is a small workshop of about 110 m2, but this is a system that can be adapted to any size thanks to its modularity. It's 100 per cent efficient and consumes ridiculously little for companies like those in our sector. It's definitely a convenience that you don't want to give up once you've discovered it." - concluded Vallauri.
"It's a product I would recommend installing because I believe that in the food sector, and for bakers in particular, it's a solution that can guarantee convenience and safety by really sucking up the dust from a hot oven. Furthermore, in my opinion, the central vacuum system is particularly suitable for installation during renovation. But, of course, you can also install it in a finished workshop with a simple external system, if you want to. The problem, in fact, is on the one hand the mistrust and mentality of private individuals, and on the other hand the same applies to installers who, for the same reasons, either don't know the product or don't want to install it," concluded Canavese." - concluded Canavese.
